Our architect client wanted to modernise their stunning 1920's villa inside and out.

This full house renovation was an excellent test of skills for our highly skilled team of Master Builders, Master Painters, Master Electricians and our subcontractors.

With great bones, including Rimu hardwood floors, there was much to be celebrated and restored in this property's period features. We helped the customers balance the best of the old and new worlds in this renovation.

Inside, we stripped the lath and plaster throughout the house, insulated and relined to create a warmer, dryer home. We completely gutted the bathroom and replaced all fixtures and fittings with brand new products, including a tiled floor, tiled shower with rain shower head, double sink vanity, and a stunning new bath.

The kitchen was also completely replaced with new, contemporary joinery and amenities, and those great Rimu floors were sanded and stained with 4 coats of polyurethane.

Outside, the weatherboards were replaced where necessary and the whole exterior was repainted. The original shingle fascia was removed and replaced for a more aesthetically pleasing look and improved waterproofing.
