At Switched On Building Solutions, we deliver high-quality new builds with a focus on social and community housing. We also handle refurbishments, commercial fit-outs and exteriors, along with maintenance and insurance repairs. We get the job done right, whether it’s a new build, an upgrade, or ongoing upkeep.
Our team brings strong local knowledge and works closely with clients across Wellington, backed by our wider national Group. From new builds to repairs, we support the full lifecycle of a property so it stays safe, functional, and built to last.
We primarily operate across the Wellington region with our office located in Petone, delivering building projects and maintenance services where they’re needed most. Through our wider Group network, we also have the abilitiy to support projects across key centres throughout Aotearoa, including Gisborne, Hastings, Palmerston North, and Christchurch. This enables us to combine strong local capability with the backing of a national team.
