This three-bedroom family home was designed by architect Peter Dunbar and built by the Switched On Building Solutions team in 2016.
Our Master Builders, Painters and Electricians were challenged to deliver this new-build in Christchurch on a small TC3 section, which was hit hard by the earthquakes.
They executed the unique architectural and interior design elements (by Anita Thomas) to an extremely high standard.
From the moment you walk in the front gate, a path of large, concrete tiles leads you around a raised garden bed, then off-set concrete steps welcome you to the front door.
Inside, the white-granite kitchen benchtop looks out over the open plan dining and living areas, all the way through to the large Kwila deck with louvre roof. This also connects to the master bedroom with ensuite, which has a spa-like feel with dual shower heads and an overhead rain shower.
