 We offer a unique fixed-price service, ensuring that we work within clients’ timeframes and budgets. Through our partnerships, we are also able to offer insurance companies priority quotes with a fast turnaround to close out claims efficiently. This means the Switched On team is able to start making repairs on approved claims straight away.

 Disasters don’t just happen between nine and five on a week day, which is why the Switched On team is on call all day, every day of the year.

 Our urgent call-out service means we can offer help and support right away, such as making sure a premise is secure and weather-tight.

 We can then send out our quantity surveyors and project managers to complete construction surveys, so that our teams of contractors can get urgent repairs done quickly to restore homes, businesses and infrastructure.

 Switched On provides full project management so we’re set up to sort the logistical planning – wherever that work may be.

 Operating out of Christchurch and Wellington, we are in the best position to provide timely and professional help for the Canterbury region – from Ashburton up to Kaikoura – and Wellington, Kapiti, Lower and Upper Hutt. We also regularly work on residential insurance claims throughout the Wellington region, including conducting a large programme of work after the region’s floods in September 2016.
